Practical AI for established businesses
Day-to-day operations that don't wait on you.
Most business leaders don't need more AI tools. They need one recurring responsibility that no longer depends on them.
Client result
“We were able to automate 75-80% of our business operations.”
How it works
Where the roadmap starts
The first three of seven steps.
-
Step 1
Put AI to work for yourself
Spend about 20 minutes on a real task you need this week, and check the result before you use it.
-
Step 2
Build momentum with small wins
Save prompts for three to five recurring tasks, use them for two weeks, and log the time they save.
-
Step 3
Organize your business knowledge
Answer your 10 most common questions once, in one shared place, so your team can find answers without asking you.

About
From one business leader to another
I help business leaders of established companies make recurring work less dependent on them. We start with one useful win, write down the process and review standards, then use AI where it fits and automate only when it is safe.
How we work
- One step, finished, before the next.
- Tools chosen to fit the work.
- Human review for pricing, commitments, and other consequential decisions.
Common questions
How much time does this take?
The scorecard takes about two minutes. Every step opens with a starting point you can finish in about 20 minutes, and you work one step at a time, moving on when you meet that step's "Done when" checkpoint. Later steps, such as testing your first automation for two weeks, take longer, and you never need to tackle all seven at once.
Do I need to know which AI tool to use?
No. Choose a task and how you will check the result first. Tool choice follows the work.
What if my team still asks me how to finish?
Write down the missing decision or exception, then try the handoff again with the person who will own it.
Where should I start if I already have a leadership team?
Start with one recurring process where a manager or team already has responsibility. Use the roadmap to clarify the process, decision rights, review standards, and ownership.
